Until waiting for my next departure, we are "enjoying"
work inside, especially that we have a kind of abnormal weather,
extreme cold and lots of rain. We are working on two new "alcohol-oriented"
tours for 2010. Kidding... :) But seriously, one would be
a "Birds and Pubs",
another would be a "Butterflies
and Wines". One of the many happy side
of tourguiding is that you get known with probably hundreds
of great restaurants, winecellars and private estates where
serving of food and breverages are considered to be an art.
How can I say... I really enjoyed those moments and this is
something I really would like to share. Not just by chance,
passing some spots en route, but focusing on it! Hungary put
lots of efforts to advertise its wines, but you have to know
that Romania and Croatia having incredible stuff as well.
Feteasca Neagra, Marastino, Teran with some prosuto... hmmm!!!!!
Nothing more pleases the eye than a God'-created butterfly
or bird, and combining with a nice wine from Tokaj... probably
the purest hedonism ever made! More coming very soon!
