nature and cultural heritage! If we don't do it... who will?..."
Every
year we have programmed fundraising tour for selected nature
conservaton organisations. As a member of those tours, 100%
of your money will contibute to nature protection.
If you are a manager or head of any nature conservation organisation,
please also step in contact with us to discuss further possibilities
of cooperation!
Just finished our annual fundraising butterfly tour
to Montenegro with the European Interest Group of Butterfly
Conservation, which ended up with 104 butterfly species
in 5 field days only. Amazing result in a amazing country! Apart
from a long list of good butterflies we enjoyed many rare Bladetails
(Lindenia tetraphylla), we did find the megarare Schistostege
decussata, and some great reptiles (eg. Asblepharus kitaibelii).
We will release our 2012 fundraising tour very soon!

After agreement with Hungarian Heritage Trust and BC Ghana,
we designated 8 of our tours as "fundraising tour",
for the benefit of butterflies, through buying lands under the
auspices of Butterfly Conservation, UK, European Interest Group.

The
2011 fundraising tour will be to explore
the best butterfly habitats of the almost unknown field of
Montenegro, from 29th June till 07th
July, in cooperation again with the European Interest
Group of Butterfly Conservation, UK.
(25th, Sept., 2010)
Our
2010 fundraising tour finished with enormous
success in Slovenia. The tour was run with 14 participants
from the UK, incl. several member from the Chair of BC. Despite
that we had some bed weather we observed 96 + further 12 (extension)
species of butterflies, and some other goodies, incl. a pair
of Wallcreeper with chick. We raised alltogether 10.500 euro
for Trust. Some pictures here.

Our
2010 fundraising tour will be run in co-operation with the
European Interest Group of the Butterfly
Conservation Society, England at the first week of
August, 2010 to Slovenia, in search of Apollos and high-altitude
Erebias. The total 100% profit will be donated
to a Hungarian foundation, which is buying lands in cooperation
with the Õrség National Park for the benefit
of butterflies, incl. Poplar Admiral and the 4 Large Blues
(Maculinea arion, M. alcon, M. teleius, M. naosithous).
